Who am I? I’m Mandy Luck, a seasoned, professional COO, with a decade  of experience in Online Business Management.

I intimately know the ins and outs of what it takes to run a successful online business, and have worked inside over a dozen teams in the last ten years.

I specialize in streamlining operations for busy, heart-led entrepreneurs, but I started out as a simple VA with just one client.

When I began my work as a VA, I had to cobble together and learn ‘on the job’ so much that I worked 70+ hour weeks, much of which was unpaid because I refused to bill for my time as I was ‘learning things I should just know’ about the online business industry.

I remember thinking to myself: “I wish there was a certificate program of some type I could take to learn all this more easily!”

So, I created this program to serve that purpose.

How much does this training program cost?

The full enrollment fee is $1997 CAD, and we offer 2 payment plans, spread out over 4 or 6 weeks.

What if I can't afford the program?

We offer a few pay-what-you-can Scholarship seats in the program, each time we run it.

How long do I have access to the training materials?

You will have access to the class materials for as long as they live online. (aka: forever)

What is your return policy?

Because all of the program is delivered at once, we do not offer refunds.

If you are on a payment plan with aligned module release, you can cancel and lose access to any further released modules, whenever you wish.

I already have a VA business. How will this help me?

Even if you have a moderately successful VA business, you wouldn’t be here, reading this page, if you didn’t feel called to find some additional support or growth for your skills and business.
