Hi! I’m Mandy and I like to help people. And, I’m really good at it. I know, that is incredibly basic, but that is the truest way I can introduce myself.

After graduating from Vancouver Island University in 2009 with a double major in English & History, I began working at a large telecom and quickly began moving up the ranks of its call center. I realized that I was uniquely skilled at solving difficult technical and customer challenges. It was then that I began to consider how I might be able to apply my talents outside the corporate world and in more heart-centered businesses.

I jumped in with both feet and took an opportunity to run the Human Resources, Payroll, Bookkeeping, & Administration of a small local business – and, after completing top-tier training in business administration and online marketing, I set up my own online business administration business.

During university I worked in a variety of retail businesses, and though my joy at each job ebbed and flowed, I always enjoyed the customer service aspect of the job. I am naturally gifted in that arena, which is why my client roster is always full and I have a sizable waitlist. My clients get stellar service, and in turn their clients get stellar service. It’s really a win-win-win situation!

My only regret throughout these past 12+ years of working as a business manager and COO has been that I can’t help more people.

This is why I created The Crafty Fox Framework, a self-study resource for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, baking, golfing, tennis, marathoning shows on Netflix, and looking at pictures of dogs.
