If you’re anything like me, you may find yourself wondering about people’s motivations — especially extremely successful people who you admire.
I’ve found a common thread that truly resonates with me, and is absolutely my lived experience: It isn’t just about growth, money, success.
It’s something much deeper and more personal.
Here’s what is living at the heart of it, for me:
I want to help people.
Okay, that may sound like an oversimplification, but that really is the core of my drive in this business that I have built for myself over the past decade.
It’s why I have a sliding scale for working with non-profits.
It’s why I offer low-cost trainings to benefit emerging entrepreneurs.
It’s why I have a robust scholarship program.
Every morning, when I pop into my email box and answer questions for clients or students, I’m reminded of why I do what I do.
It’s about helping people who are helping people.
In my 1:1 work, I support men and women who work in transformational coaching, business mentoring, animal rights, neuroplasticity education, and more. The one common thread amongst these diverse businesses is that they all help people.
So, I help people help people!
This extends to my inexpensive programs for emerging entrepreneurs and small businesses, and will extend into my coming program for training folks who would like to do what I do on a 1:1 basis, in their own business.
But enough about me…
I want to know about your why. Comment below to share.
